tgslot is not a bank and does not guarantee the return of deposited funds as a savings obligation. All gaming involves risk and your deposit may be fully or partially lost through gameplay. Deposit only what you can afford to lose.
Withdrawals are available only to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending KYC documentation, active bonus wagering requirements, or under security review may have withdrawals temporarily restricted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, and in all cases to a verified payment method registered in the same name as the tgslot Account. tgslot will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Processing times are estimates and may be longer during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

tgslot reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel any associated winnings, and close an Account where it suspects bonus abuse. Bonus Funds and free spins expire at the date and time specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your Account automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to track active bonus deadlines within your tgslot Account.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, tgslot will return the Real Money balance to the verified payment method on the Account within 5–10 business days of the closure request. Bonus Funds are not returned upon Account closure and are forfeited. Funds linked to fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.
